Responsible AI & Data Use

How we use AI in our work
Homeleigh uses AI tools to deliver our services faster and more affordably — for example to analyse data, draft documents, and build the systems we set up for clients. AI is a tool we use; the analysis, judgement and recommendations are ours, and a person reviews work before it reaches you or your customers.
Transparency
Where we deploy anything that interacts directly with your customers on your behalf (for example an automated assistant), it is configured to make clear that it is automated. We do not design systems that deceive people about whether they are dealing with a person or a machine.
Human oversight
Anything consequential — pricing, client-facing documents, recommendations, outreach — is reviewed and approved by a person before it is acted on. AI does the heavy lifting; it does not make decisions on your behalf unsupervised.
Your data
When we handle data on your behalf we do so under our Data Processing terms and in line with our Privacy Policy. We use only the data needed for the work, keep it secure, and delete or return it at the end of an engagement. We do not use your business data to train third-party models without your agreement.
Standards
We design our work around UK GDPR and current ICO guidance, and we keep pace with emerging AI-transparency rules so that what we build for you stays compliant as the landscape develops.
