When we act as your processor

When we process personal data on behalf of a client (for example your customers’ call details), we act as your data processor under a Data Processing Agreement.

What the DPA covers

• Purpose and scope of processing
• Security measures
• Sub-processors (e.g. Twilio, Synthflow, Anthropic)
• Data location and retention
• Breach notification
• Deletion at the end of the engagement
