Terms of Engagement

Our services

Homeleigh provides operational consulting and implementation services to construction and trade businesses. We diagnose where your business is losing margin and cash, then build and hand over the systems — dashboards, automations, processes and reporting — that fix it. We use AI to deliver this efficiently. The analysis, judgement, implementation and deliverables are ours. You are not buying a roadmap to action yourself; you are buying a working system, built and handed over by us.

Free Profit Visibility Calculator

The calculator on our website provides indicative estimates of potential margin loss based on inputs you supply. It is provided free of charge for information purposes only. The figures are not a guarantee of any specific outcome and do not constitute professional advice. Actual results depend on a full diagnosis of your business.

Profit Visibility Report

The Profit Visibility Report is a paid, fixed-scope diagnostic engagement. It produces a value model built from your actual business data and a prioritised build-ready plan. The Report fee is credited in full against a subsequent implementation engagement if you proceed within 30 days, as set out in your proposal. It is a complete, standalone deliverable whether or not you go further.

Fees & payment

Engagements are quoted as a fixed scope and price before any work begins, typically 50% deposit, 50% on handover. Third-party tool or subscription costs are passed through or bundled as agreed in writing. All fees exclude applicable taxes unless stated.

Results

We bring skill, care and relevant experience but do not guarantee specific financial outcomes. Results depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, your team, and how systems are used after handover.

Intellectual property

Reports, models and systems we build for you are yours on full payment. Our underlying frameworks, methods and templates remain Homeleigh's property.

Liability & governing law

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement, to the extent permitted by law. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
