Who we are
Homeleigh ("we") operates homeleighinc.com. Contact: hello@homeleighinc.com.
What we collect
When you enquire or book a call we collect the details you give us — name, business, email, phone, and what you tell us about your business. We may collect basic technical data needed to serve the website.
Why, and our lawful basis
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, run your audit, and provide our services. Our lawful bases are your consent (when you contact us), our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, and contract where we deliver work for you.
Who we share it with
Only the providers that help us operate — for example scheduling (Cal.com), email, and payments (Stripe). They act on our instructions. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data: up to 24 months unless you become a client. Client data: for the engagement plus any period required by law.
International transfers
Some providers are outside the UK/EEA; where so we rely on appropriate safeguards (UK IDTA / Standard Contractual Clauses).
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction, and object to processing. UK/EU residents can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk). US residents may have rights under state laws (e.g. CCPA/CPRA). Email us to exercise any right.
